Registration

Registration is for access to materials for customers of MyJC only. If you are a customer or wish to become a customer, please register. If you are not a customer you will not be given access rights and may be subject to profile deletion and blocking. Registration at this site is at the whim of the owner who reserves the rights of private property to monitor, block, evict, remove, and restrict access to any visitors, whether registered or not, for any reason or no reason at all.

Privacy

No personally identifiable information is collected by this web site, other than what you provide.

I will never share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose any information you give me without your express agreement except as required by law if that ever became applicable. I do not send unsolicited mass commercial email (spam) ever. Mass emails to customers and registered users are a part of doing business in this day and age. If you do not wish to receive these from me, simply note that in your profile. If you are a registered user, you agree to receive these from me unless you have stated otherwise.

Collected Data

I collect the name, user id, password and email address of registered users. By registering and entering this data you give tacit approval for me to have it and use it to email you. I collect the name and email address of anyone who sends me an email; by emailing me you have given me tacit approval to email you. When you visit the web site, I collect data on your IP address, your OS, your browser, your ISP, your country of origin, and what pages you visited. When you log in, this information is associated with your user account information as given. I collect data on customers only as it may be relevant to provide services.
